Crossroads has made a difference in our family because of the genuine people & worship we experience each time we walk through the doors. We have only been attending a short time, but already feel cared for, accepted and loved. The time of worship is simple but meaningful. We appreciate the purposeful and powerful mission of Crossroads. Crossroads is determined to have an impact on our community; they really mean it and actually practice it. This is not a self-serving church! They look outside themselves as a church and let their love reach outside of our weekly gatherings. We are thrilled to join in with this wonderful group of followers of Christ and bring to the table our talents to help Crossroads further the vision God has given.

Crossroads Church has impacted my life on a level no other church has. I chose Christ as my Savior many years ago when dating my husband. He was a Christian and grew up in the Church. I was new at the whole going-to-church idea, and always had a hard time with it due to my social anxiety. Crossroads began their church at the facility across from my home and we began attending regularly. The Crossroads community opened it's arms to us, helped us immediately when we were in need, and also has given me the opportunity to use the artistic skills I have been blessed with. I was looking for a real community, and I found one. Crossroads is real, and really inviting.

Diane Kazi, and
I, her husband, Sarwar Kazi, love the Washington Cathedral. We loved
Westminster Abby.We love St. Thomas in New York. They are all
gorgeous, beautiful, large in their own right. But little Crossroads Church was a baby born
in the manger, like little Jesus, with no special place to find comfort in. We
were there for it's birth. We have watched it grow, and we foster it with all
the love and care a little baby church deserves. We love it because it is very
unique. Young people flock to it, and to our youth ministry-oriented pastor Bill Heider whom we adore. It reaches out especially
to very young adults, and teens. This is where it's importance is paramount.
This is how we want to see America
reach out, building this kind of ministry, one brick at a time. But we need a
home, a shelter, a place we can call our own. We need to come out of the
manger. We have so much to offer, if only we could be established as a full
service ministry in a building of our own. We have lots of dreams of what we
can accomplish. We know the good Lord will see us through this gestation period,
but with a little help. Thank you from the bottom of our Christian hearts.
In Faith,
~Sarwar & Diane Kazi.

"Crossroads Church has made a difference in my life because of how free it is. When I go to the Sunday evening services I don't feel the same stale tradition of other churches, but I feel it is fresh and engaging. This allows my faith to grow because I am relaxed and in an environment where I see many old truths in a new way, as well as learning new things. Christ is present in our church and especially in our many service opportunities to those in our community."
